Kudos to the FCC for finally fixing their webcast. Several in the streaming community, especially those from the United States, found the extremely poor quality of the webcast – ground loop hum, over exposed video, hot audio – an embarrassment. The stream was almost un-viewable. I’m glad that they’ve fixed the video. The audio is a little distorted still, but it’s a great improvement from what the Commission put out in the past.
